International Yoga Day Celebration – 21.06.2025

A Journey Inward with Isha Yoga

In honor of International Yoga Day, our school hosted a special online session on 21st June 2025, in collaboration with Isha Yoga. The guided session was designed to help students reconnect with themselves through the ancient practice of yoga.

Through mindful breathing, gentle movements, and guided introspection, students experienced a deep sense of peace and enlightenment from within. The session emphasized the importance of balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and offered students tools to manage stress and build resilience in their daily lives.

The celebration served as a powerful reminder that yoga is not just an exercise, but a path to inner harmony and well-being.
